Mark your calendars for the UNC Lineberger Annual Scientific Retreat, being held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Carolina Club. This year’s program will feature an array of faculty presentations, presentations from the labs of CCBTP Trainees, and a State of the Cancer Center talk by our Director, Dr. Sharpless.
The Retreat program will conclude at 5 p.m., with a reception and poster session to follow. Cash prizes ($250 first prize; $150 second prize; $100 third prize) will be awarded for the best posters in each of three categories: Basic, Clinical/Translational, and Population Sciences. Only posters first-authored by students or fellows will be eligible for awards. Posters presented at other meetings will be accepted.
